Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All KLÄM pieces are handmade in Stockholm and made to order. Once your order is placed, it will be crafted and shipped within 7 business days.

We ship worldwide from Sweden. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Sweden: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Please note that international orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KLÄM cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that made-to-order pieces, custom orders, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed, the shipping carrier will normally deliver your parcel to the nearest collection point and notify you with instructions.

If a parcel is returned to KLÄM because it was not collected or because an incorrect shipping address was provided, any additional shipping costs for resending the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
